Rod and Donna met with the Jacksonville team for the first time this morning at the Miami airport gate to the plane that would take them to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The flight was uneventful and they arrived to meet with the rest of their team from South Carolina.
Everyone had a nice dinner and evening walk together in the D.R., and they are all anxious to fly out to Port-au-Prince in the morning.

It is supported through the International Mission Board and Florida Baptist Convention. Their objective is to perform medical ministry in non-life threatening situations in Port-Au-Prince.

Thank you so much for this blog. We appreciate to have news from our special friends Rod and Donna.
We will pray for them and for you Bethany, Megan and Benjamin. We know that's difficult for you too.
Our friend's son Loïc Aubertin is come back from Haïti 6 days ago, he's working for Medecin du Monde. He's very shocked, tired and frail, but in live. God kept him and blessed him. I'm sure God will keep and bless Donna, Rod and their team. We love you and we're thinking of you.
God bless you for all that you're doing in His name. I pray that He will continue to strengthen you and provide all the needed resources.
